How do I place an order?

You can buy Liteloks straight from our website. To see all the products we offer, please click here.


Can I buy a Litelok from a physical shop?

Yes. Liteloks are also available in retail stores across the world, in the UK, USA, Germany, Spain and many more. To see the full list of shops check out the store locator here.


What payment methods do you accept on your website?

We accept the following:

What happens after I’ve made a payment?

You will receive an email from hello@litelok.com, confirming the order you’ve placed with us. The confirmation email contains important information such as your order number, order details and shipping address. Please keep this email safe.

Once the order has been dispatched, you'll receive another email from us informing you of this. If you are based in the UK, this email will contain your tracking information with FedEx (our UK couriers) 

If you are based outside of the UK, you will receive an email from DHL (our Worldwide couriers) with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

 

How long will it take to deliver?

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please supply a full address and postal code when you place an order.

Do you deliver to BFPO?

No we don’t.

Where is my order, can I track it?

Once your item is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code from FedEx. Please go here and enter your tracking code to check the status of your delivery. 

 

Delivery - EU / EEA

Where do you deliver in the EU / EEA Region?

We deliver to all countries in the EU / EEA, that being: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Generally, no!

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) have raised the value of a shipment of merchandise imported by one person on one day, that generally may be imported free of duties and taxes, up to $800. You can read about it here.
